    That’s a 5 year old Apollo lake CPU. There are much better low power sbcs available. Anything with Gracemount will cost the same, have the same or lower watts and be much faster.

      N100 mini PCs with 8GB of RAM have broken the sub $100 price point. They may not be single board but they’re about the same size as this. I do like the dual nics and case on the Zima board but I would never buy one.

        What I mean is the combination: closed source and Chinese, specially for network related stuff I just don’t trust it. For other applications that I can completely isolate it, it should be fine. Still it’s very hard to find open source hardware. That’s why I usually prefer older, more proven, machines.
