    They’re P2 in the constructors and Toto can’t help himself but to trash talk the work of his engineers all the time. No surprise everyone wants to leave and rather join McLaren and Aston instead.

      He’s just saying it’s baffling and feels bad. I’m sure the team shares the same feeling

        If you seriously think that way, you’ve been ignoring all the comments he made since last year.

        I’m sure the team shares the same feeling

        There’s a difference between striving to be better and insulting the work of the employees, especially when he personally had the last word when talking about pursuing the 2022 concept into 2023 as he is 1/3 owner and boss of Mercedes motorsport.

    The current generation of F1 is largely about tire management and the current car seems to be all over the place with tire wear. Some weekends it’s relatively kind on the tires with reasonable pace and some weekends it rivals Ferrari on tire wear. Combined with the extremely narrow setup window the car is too inconsistent to fight at the front.
