    Noone wants to work - that’s why they give you money to do it instead of the opposite.

    Where I am, median house prices have risen 600% relative to median income since 1974 (around the time Goldberg would have bought a house). That means the deposit we drop up-front is the equivalent of her entire 30 year mortgage.

    Don’t get distracted by the intergenerational resentment though - no war but class war, and Goldberg is no ally of yours.
