    That is a BMW E46 Generation 3-Series with the “Business CD” audio option which does include an AM/FM radio tuner…

    …that being said you can clearly see it’s playing Track 11 of the CD…

    …that being said I think “Radio” is commonly used generically for many devices playing audio content.

      So they left out the receiver but kept the am fm button? They could have used a cover/ blind instead. Why wouldn’t they do that? We live in a strange world.

      I was previously under the impression that a device must at least be able to receive radio programs in order to be called a radio. But English is not my first language, so I could be wrong.

      So yer ma could be right that it is indeed just a CD player?

        It does include a tuner…unless you’re making some distinction between “tuner” and “receiver” that I’m not catching on to?

        I think technically yes. But in common conversational English, it might be a bit blurry.

          No. I misread it. Sorry for the confusion. It all does make so much more sense now. :)
