I want to the ip to my local ip instead of 127.0.0.1

    127.0.0.1 is actually the most local IP you can connect to, as it will always connect to the device you are on. ;) Can’t get any more local than that.

    You should be able to use either without any changes. If you have a problem connecting from another system then it’s likely a firewall issue.
