To each their own, but I like my tablet. They’re are great for spending time while traveling because they don’t need space for a keyboard. They’re also much better browsing and reading experiences than phones, but you could do both of those at a computer if you prefer, of course.

One thing I’ve noticed is that my TV’s screen performs a lot worse with black levels than my tablet. I’m not going to spend €700 on a new TV when this one does fine in most circumstances, but certain shows and movies that follow the “everything must be dark and black to show how edgy we are” approach to colour grading is a lot more enjoyable on my tablet. My phone is even better (OLED ftw) but that’s too small a screen for me.

Most --> moet autocorrect suggests you are a combination of French, a drinker, or rich

I have no dog in the tablet trace however

because they don’t need space for a keyboard.

You know, that is fair, but the lack of a physical keyboard on a tablet is what hinders my good experience with them.

Yeah, I like to browse or read comics/manga on my iPad, but sooner or later it is gonna be time to type, and I can’t do it in a natural way just like I can from my phone (which should be the device I use to type the most).

Sure, you can use a BT keyboard or some other attachment, but that kinda breaks the portability of it.
