A cheap one does exactly the same job without the loud clicking of a mechanical one to drive your coworkers nuts. I was never a fan of them before, but I hate them now that I work in an open office workspace.

But why? A cheap one does exactly the same job without the loud clicking of a mechanical one to drive your coworkers nuts.
