Would you like to do it?
We could raise the issue to !fediverse@lemmy.world , maybe someone would like to fork the project
Yes, that’s sad.
Should we maybe raise this to !fediverse@lemmy.world to see if someone would like to fork the existing lemmyverse code, and recreate it under another domain?
@andrew_s@piefed.social, no post today?
That would be great indeed
Issue with the website used to aggregate those stats.
A ticket has been open, you can find it in past post comments
This list will become less and less relevant as 0.19.4 and 0.19.5 are becoming more mainstream
Thank you!
We discussed it a bit and are trying to focus more on movies content right now. Of course, television content is also welcome (we won’t remove it if someone posts it there), but we got a few comments in the past about it being “off topic”, and there is enough happening on the movies domain to keep busy with that.
Another topic is that !television@lemmy.world seems unmoderated, but I guess that’s the best we have at the moment.
Feel tree to crop it and I’ll update the link!
That’s new, interesting
Hey, thank you for the !gardening@lemmy.world posts!
Kbin.run runs mbin, the name is historical
Hello 👋
Hello!
Took me a while, but I should be here for good
The comment link works on other platforms (e.g. mbin) on top of Lemmy
Good luck!
I guess Reddit and similar link aggregators are just much smaller than we all think they are.
For self-employed people that varies a lot and developing Lemmy propapbly doesn’t compare to a salaried job at all.
It’s more about opportunity cost. Most of the devs are indeed company employed and don’t want to code on their free time. Having a regular salary would encourage an additional full time dev to join.
Just a post on !fediverse@lemmy.world explaining the issue in a few lines. A link to the existing ticket. Ending with an open call for people who might be interested in forking the existing project.
