“Disease usually results from inconclusive negotiations for symbiosis, an overstepping of the line by one side or the other, a biological misinterpretation of the borders.”
— Lewis Thomas

Marc Rebillet and Thundercat had sets too, plus Hamilton Morris was going to give a lecture. The line up was pretty stacked overall and early bird tickets were $250, which isn’t unreasonable for a 3 day festival.
Fossify’s Messenger is awesome, it handles SMS/MMS plus it’s ad free and open-source.
Basically couldn’t have come any later really. They’re already coming out the gates scrabbling with just 3 months and change until voting starts.
Android user? Graphene looks like it’s worth the setup process more and more. Pixels are the only Google product worth while thanks to Graphene really.
Just like the link in the iOS section, there’s a link in the Android section. Both were in the first sentence, I believe. But I had to give the article another once over to find it.
I mean, the doc’s are available through the link. But here’s some screen grabs:
AFU: After First Unlock
BFU: Before First Unlock
BF: Brute Force
FBE: File Based Encryption
FDE: Full Device Encryption
FFS: Full File System
They were arrested for a violent protest that resulted in setting fire to a construction site which was building temporary housing for asylum seekers. Seems pretty straight forward they were protesting the state helping those seeking asylum, no?
Kali Uchis is signed to Virgin Music too lol

In Fedora, I ran into the same issue, but I fixed it by running flatpak update -y in terminal. Hopefully that works on your end as well.

Just out of curiosity, why not just go full Linux and use a Windows VM? Using a debloater (this is my favorite: https://github.com/Raphire/Win11Debloat) makes the windows VM run very well. Plus you limit the extent Microsoft is able analyze and track you. Additionally, this also works around the VPN connection issue currently on going with Windows.
Only portions of the code are published while the rest is kept under wraps. Classic corporate America bs finding a loop hole to use a trendy term.
Just to be clear, Gemma is only partially open sourced in select area’s of the code.
Whenever you see that with invidious, just click “switch invidious instance”. But this one should work for you, it just did for me at least: https://invidious.flokinet.to/watch?v=QtpC9RYK0mw&dark_mode=true&local=true&player_style=invidious
There’s a software package you can install to root most Boox tablets. Definitely look into it as this will give you way more control over your device.
Here’s a solid video covering the topic: https://yewtu.be/watch?v=QtpC9RYK0mw
This study from the American Society of Microbiology specifically demonstrates how air driers at least add 3 bacterial colonies, and up to 254 colonies, when using an air drier in a public restroom: https://journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/aem.00044-18. In addition, a Harvard review of the research also identifies that the chances of picking up a serious pathogen in the bathroom are quite small.
So, having little chance in general yet using the air drier, which has shown to add bacteria to your hands in every single test, doesn’t make sense after understanding this data. I’m a man of science, and this involves assessing all available data regarding the topic at hand. This being the case, the data provided above highlights how just not touching your face and washing your hands at the next opportunity after leaving a bathroom with only hand driers is the most logical move. But to each their own, I know microbiologist and virologist who are much smarter than I that refuse to use air driers, so I took note and make moves accordingly.
Air hand driers cover your hands in other peoples fecal matter. That’s a massive biological risk, especially with how many pathogens are transmitted from poop to mouth. Using a urinal will most often result in no backsplash, keeping my hands pretty clean. To wash off that minor, if any, urine which got on my hands and end with others poop on my hands from the air drier has put me in a much worse position. That’s all I’m saying, is there’s 100% situations where washing you hands makes no sense after a piss. But it’s good practice for sure, unless an air drier is involved.
We’ve known since at least March that about 10 human cases of this new bird flu would allow the virus to mutate and adapt to humans. This is the 14th reported case in the states this year, and the first which could have been transmitted from human to human. We understood what was happening, yet have really done nothing to try to prevent it’s spread.
The mutation rate baked into Influenza’s reproduction cycle is much more elaborate than coronaviruses, and this isn’t exactly a bad thing. When a human catches bird flu from a bird, the mortality rates are pretty burly as this version of the virus attaches to the α2:3 receptor. While this receptor is found throughout the avian digestive and respiratory track, it’s only found in the lower lungs of humans. A lower lung infection will always be gnarlier than an upper respiratory infection. Human influenza viruses have a preference for the α2:6 receptor, which is found throughout our airway. This is the primary adaptation which occurs when influenza mutates to infect humans. But a virus is a parasite, so in their ideal world, they wouldn’t kill their host. Viruses often do the most damage when adapting to or having recently adapted to a new host. Hopefully, the mutation rate of influenza will result in a shorter pandemic compared to COVID if it ends up taking place.
