The guy just said “If you excel at something, you will be happy and less stressed” and you are seriously asking why only people that are happy deserve to be so? I found cursive to be the most useful thing ever for exams because of its speed compared to writing block letters.
In Germany, we did learn cursive (and its still being taught). Although barely anyone uses it anymore, I find it very useful for exams
