Yeah that sounds about right unfortunately. And fibro is a diagnoses of exclusion but there are specific body parts that are more sensitive and that’s pretty easy to test for. The doctor basically pokes you and sees if you flinch in pain or not lol.

I have fibromyalgia along with audhd and this actually sounds a lot like my experience. You should look into that maybe!

Earbuds are usually less expensive and more portable for me. I can tuck the case in my pocket or in a small bag so that I always have them with me. They do hurt after a while though, but like after 2-3 hours straight.

About a month ago I planned an entire day trip to the Living Desert Zoo in Palm Springs for me and my husband. I got to feed a giraffe and pet a rhino. I was so freaking happy!
