How easy is it to prove a retaliatory eviction?
Why is the public holiday not today 🥲
To me, this makes no sense. Endeavours like this make a shopping district far more attractive for people to visit and they’ll likely spend money in other businesses. So it benefits everyone.
But I find it difficult to believe a shopper will skip visiting a place because they can’t get a park right outside instead of walking around a side street corner.
(And somehow they manage to tell the shop that they didn’t visit? Either shops are lying or the customer visited eventually, so what’s the issue?)
😣 😭
On the plus side, Melburnians will hopefully be able to save a little bit of extra cash on their heating bills and help reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions by using less heating. To find out more about the Australian weather climate, go to the Bureau of Meteorology website.
Small mercies, indeed.
Still, shower pan under tiles should keep things waterproof unless the membrane has failed?
Fam from Queensland visit on occasion, are in awe of the electric blanket during winter visits
You know when you eat so much you can’t get comfortable in bed for a while?
I feel like I’ll never eat again!
Ebrahim Raisi, then Falli
Bug or feature?
Something tells me it’ll be opened before 2025!
I mean, Singapore is a de facto one-party state. Elections are basically treated as opinion polls for the PAP.
It’s disappointing, but how many people will be genuinely disadvantaged by this? It’s not like 2004 where streaming and catch up services weren’t a thing.
Highest scoring move! Timer definitely needed
Could always go by rounds too. Eg 3 rounds, 5 rounds, exhausted tiles
I’ll see how it goes and report back 😜
Ok so in my dream last night I had an epiphany. Countdown Scrabble.
In these rules, each round someone has the job of picking how many consonants and vowels.
Then everyone has a time to work out the highest scoring word on the board.
Whoever finds the highest scoring gets the points and places the word down.
Any unused tiles go back in the box and used again.
Really interesting to learn about all the little sidings and spurs I was always interested about.
How to say you’re in America without saying you’re in America
