How does this app work given the API costs? How does it manage to not deliver ads?
I ask because, while I’ve currently embargoed myself from Reddit, I’d like to have some details noted so I don’t fall in love with this and then get hurt again.

The PS2 was still being produced until PS4 was introduced, and its last game was released even after the production ended in 2013 (Nov 2013, but still…)
PS1 and PS2 were both masters of their generations. The OG Xbox was just really “Halo box” back then, and GameCube was awesome, but not as strong as PS2.
Yeah, but I’ve been using the Jellyfin app on the Roku for my older “dumb” TVs, so I’m just fracked at this point.
That said, the webOS Jellyfin app is finally available for all webOS TVs, so at least I can go straight to JF on one TV.

This is my exact question, too. I have Pre-Check and I love it because it is like travelling prior to Sept-11.
Pre-Check is cheaper than Clear because it’s like $100 but it lasts for 2-3 years, so again, it’s a separation between those who can pay and those who can’t. Also, what’s next? Every airline removes First, Business, Basic Economy “classes”?
Banning Clear doesn’t resolve the “class” issue. What would be better is to just improve the entire TSA process so that it’s not so miserable for everyone, or let’s get more of those high-speed rails built so we have more travel options and airlines have enough competition to force improvement.
I literally just set a box of half this stuff in front of Goodwill and ran away. Next time, though…
While I do agree on including “unrelated” things together, these all sound like they are separate bills in this case.
Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan are all separate bills for “foreign aid”. The article isn’t 100% clear, but TikTok sounds like there is some separation. The reason I think they’re separate is that the article mentioned that they voted on each item, meaning that there’s at least 3-4 different votes.
It’s all the game of politics. “Shake my hand and I’ll shake yours” stuff, and Johnson, regardless of his overall beliefs, seems like he’s well-versed in the game.
If banning TikTok, as inane as that is, ensures we continue to aid Ukraine, then fine, ban it. eye roll
Israel, however, is the matter of getting enough of Rs to vote Yea to outweigh the Maggots. I don’t like it, but the feds spend billions of dollars on tons of stuff I dislike. If allowing a continued genocide in one country means that the same won’t happen in two others…(sigh)

It is similar to Evernote and you can set up the sync on another service like Dropbox or even your self-hosted solution. You can also pay them a few bucks a month for their hosting services.
Joplin has a good iOS app as well as apps for nearly all other platforms. I migrated from Evernote to Joplin after Evernote practically doubled their prices and then switched their free option down to a single notebook and could not be happier.
That’s why I don’t mind pulling from mine.
By the time I’m “able” to retire, society will likely have either crumbled entirely or we might have passed onto a stage where we ensure that everyone has their basic needs met. Either way, this money isn’t going to help all that much. 🤷♀️
Given their governor and state legislature, I’m sure even if the people decide to approve it, the DeSatan and the rest will do everything they can to stop it, not unlike what is happening in my state.
