What if she needs to go to the other side of the plane-within-the-plane?

Not to be that person, but her proportions are off and she’s not respecting the environment’s vanishing point. I used to love her, but this making me question her motives.

I’m trying to learn perspective. What is there that isn’t respecting the vanishing point?

I think that person is referring to the fact that the airplane’s trajectory is slightly ajar from the straight line that goes from the camera to the vanishing point. Perhaps the pilot got off course a little.

The enclosing airplane is so large, that there is natural formation of cross winds by pressure differential. One such pressure differential is giving our brave pilot trouble as he navigates the treacherous path from seat J3 to seat K3.

I ain’t no expert, but this guy sounds like he knows what he’s talking about, so it’s probably the correct answer.

I mean, just look at her. You can physically feel the rebelliousness in her adverse yaw. I can’t even imagine how disruptive her adiabatic lapse rate is. She needs to be grounded

OK the memes were funny at first, but is it starting to feel a little astroturfy in here? Like, is her telling everyone they need to vote actually that scary for establishment politics?

The private plane thing is definitely hypocritical, but we’re singling her out from every single celebrity that also does that. Maybe I don’t follow her story close enough to know why, but it seems like the only thing that makes her different from the other celebrities is that she made conservatives mad about voting, and young people like her?

I could be wrong, but the reason I’m annoyed with her specifically isn’t because of the use of private planes (I am annoyed by it, but that isn’t specific to her). I’m annoyed with her legally harassing the person that made a bot that used publicly available data to track her plane(s).

That’s why I am specifically amused by these posts, not sure if it’s the same for everyone.

She shouldn’t have sued the guy, that’s what caused these memes. Her own stupid reactions, not anything Republicans are saying

Oooh. That makes it make a lot more sense to me.

I don’t follow celebrities, because I generally don’t give any shits about what they do. So I’m pretty far in the dark on this one, you just turned on the light. Thanks.

It’s basically the musk plane fiasco but with lawsuits and Taylor Swift. It makes sense.

In Musk’s case, he bought Twitter to shut down the account (at least partly, let’s be honest), and in Taylor’s case, she’s going for a legal solution and bluntly, even if it’s heard in court, she is very unlikely to win, just make life difficult for the guy for a while. Whatever. Stupid stuff really.

Pretty sure this will peter out soon anyways, I mean, how many more airplane jokes can you make before it gets old?

I saw this and even the previous post, but still don’t know what this is about. Can somebody explain for a person not living in freedom land? What did she do at that football game, super something? Does she use planes even for very short flights or something?

I tried to ask Bing AI to do that for me but apparently “Taylor Swift eating a McNugget flown to her mouth by a tiny airplane” violates their content policy, so they blocked it.

Trying a different AI now but all I’m getting so far is Taylor Swift eating strange McNugget-based burgers inside an airplane.

Update: now I’ve also gotten a picture of her eating an airplane in front of a McNugget-based burger. Getting closer, but at this rate it’s probably faster to just make a picture of her eating a McNugget and then shop the plane in.

EDIT: ah fuggit McNugget, I’m done trying. This is the best I could do:

I have no love for Taylor Swift. I understand she has a cult following and has recently become star of the NFL. Her name is Swift, she must be fast. I will admit to getting caught up in a personal car singalong of ‘Shake it Off’ on a bad day. Haters are gonna hate, just like haters hate her private plane travels.

But! If I had a ton of rabid fans and right wing haters, and the ability to pay extra to travel SAFELY, I would probably pay extra to travel safely.

Here me out: Whereever she goes requires a SHITTON of public funds to police and security. Rabid fans watch where she goes and follow her everywhere. I understand her new boyfriend had to actually move to a new home because her fans camped out around his house and tapped on his windows in hopes to just SEE her. And this doesn’t even include right wing nuts who think she is a witch for believing vaccines work.

I am not saying she is a saint, but holy hell, I do not blame her for sticking to airports to ensure her own safety and to avoid being a drain on public funds that require extra police presence against a rabid media following her escorts thru cities.

Going after the rich for being wasteful with their money and hurting the environment is like the opposite of a boomer mindset…
