I think you’ve mistaken Putin’s motive. It takes 2 weeks for the body to dissolve in their special sauce.
Whatever it would still be detectable in hair for a few months.

It’s probably a 2 week backlog at the crematorium, you don’t need to wait for the poison to become untraceable if the body is gone.
They could have just starved and worked him to death, who knows
