A record-high 57% of Americans say they would feel better if they could get more sleep; Americans average a historically low 6.5 hours per night. Stress levels have been rising, especially among young women.

      Hit the sack at 10, tossed and turned until 11, played moonring until 1:30 and finally fell asleep. Woke up at 5. Past 2 nights have been like this, kinda glad I don’t have a job rn.

        Sorry to hear it. I’m usually lucky if I can get over 6 hours of sleep. I can’t even do it on the weekends. It doesn’t help that I have dogs who wake me up in the morning, but if I can’t fall asleep until late, I can’t be prepared for that.

          My roommates have 2 cats and a dog, I have no clue how they sleep so peacefully. With all of that in the same room
