Unseen problem? I always thought that was pretty obvious. We literally call them swing states.
The obvious problem is that it tells political campaigns where to target their efforts to win votes.
The unseen problem is that it tells fascist criminal conspiracies where to target their efforts to sabotage the vote so that they can erode public trust in the election itself and seize power undemocratically.
That’s the difference.
I suppose it also tells the good guys too.
The problem is the system doesn’t select for good guys. The system encourages bad behavior. The choice is ways bad and less bad
