This post was reported for being offensive. Its hard to know what is offensive to all groups of people. “Colleague” is a pretty innocuous term and “twink” seems to be context dependent. It doesn’t seem obviously derogatory in this context, “you see some dude” feels similar. I won’t take action for now. I’m very open to feedback, being wrong, and learning. Thanks all.
I don’t think it’s offensive. It just seems to be a bad shower thought. OP shouldn’t feel bad for having it but should feel bad for sharing it.

I’m a mod, so the latter. I want the reporters to know they are heard, but also I tend to be slow to take action.
