Oregonians almost take pleasure in driving slowly in front of you. Maybe they’ve just gotten used to going slow because the entire state freeway system is always under construction. People driving crazily is infuriating for a completely different reason.
Well I know in the states I mentioned “slow” means 80 mph in the left lane, if they’re going 65 or 70 it’s expected. The caveat being it’s lawful to let faster drivers pass, ie if you’re in the left lane and someone’s faster behind trying to pass, you move over if you can
