Well done. The only weak matchup is the Amy->Cheryl one since Amy’s a genius while Cheryl sniffs glue.
And since when is Krieger repulsive?
I can fix him
Are you forgetting about the whole “cameras in the bathroom” thing?
He can film my shitting asshole whenever he’d like.
With your username, he might be getting more than he bargained for
Many of us are not a fan of his gimp suit
Plus all the evil science…
Do you own a windowless van with an anime girl inside?

While Amy is an actual physicist, it’s unclear whether Cheryl is an idiot or insane. I mean, she’s certainly insane, but that can make say and do things that come off as incredibly stupid. At times, though, she appears to be quite intelligent and well-educated.
Cheryl/Carol of an explosive expert so there’s that.
She’s probably just insane since she has occasional moments of clarity and intellect.
You could also argue general sluttyness for both.
Both of them are (at least early in the series) promiscuous.
She’s still a ditz, even if she’s supposedly a genius which always seemed out of character to me.

Do you want crossover episodes? Because that’s how you get crossover episodes.
NGL I’d love to see the plotlines of the shows swapped! Planet Express News and Information Services!
Planet Express News and Information Services!
Now there’s a name that would never become controversial!
Hum… Archer has a lot more initiative than Fry, but outside of that switching the plot lines wouldn’t stand out a lot.
Archer has a lot more intentional violence
The Futurama variance on that is so high, I’m not sure what show has the record.
Is Hermes a pushover? That’s not how I viewed him
When it comes to his wife and Barbados Slim he is.
So hes a cuck
Okay, look, Hermes, we got to think of the boy. He needs a daddy.
He has a daddy!
No, he got two half-daddies!
Unlike Zoidberg, Krieger is not the medical kind of doctor.
Zoidberg isn’t either, his PhD is in art history
he later states in “The Duh-Vinci Code” that his PhD is in art history (as opposed to medicine).[7]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoidberg#cite_note-7Yeah but at least zoidberg is an expert at xenobiology. He can dissect and diagnose pretty much anything that’s not human.
But Krieger can build cyborgs. That’s cooler than dissecting and diagnosing.
Debatable but fair

Hermes isn’t an accountant he’s a bureaucrat.
He performs the same functions for Planet Express.
Different terms for the same character job.
Does he though? We see Hermes, filing, holding meetings, firing and hiring people. He basically is running the business for the professor as well as stamping some forms. We don’t ever see or hear of him doing anything with accounting or balancing the books.
He’s always showing off graphs about the profitability (or lack thereof) of Planet Express. He pulls quad duty as HR, finance, safety, and general demoralizer.
Hey, Pam and Bender occasionally work. At least once. One work.
Hey, Bender has worked a lot. He is the company chef. Plus worked as a scab with Flexo.
Hermes is way a more confident man than Cyril.
And competent.
Cyril is pretty competent but Archer is his kryptonite.
And Mallory. Remember when their agency shut down and set up a new one with Cyril as the head and he tried to be assertive? Mallory subtly influenced him which made her the unofficial leader-- the leader yet again. That always cracks me up!
I cannot believe Amy is lower level than Fry.
First Bender then Flexo the Fry.
Let’s just go alphabetically
First Bender, then Flexo, then Fry
First bender the flexi then fry
Amy isn’t the lowest, she’s responsible for the Professor’s dentures!
This fits so incredibly well
This is pretty spot on.
I thought Lana was voiced by Katey Sagal for the longest time. Still catch myself thinking that sometimes.
I accept the descriptions as technically true but…
The only two that feel similar are leela and lana. Everyone else is real stretch.
Didn’t know Amy was into being choked…
Also, both are ambiguous with what time they’re set in: Futurama in the future, Archer likely in the 60s/70s, but both constantly referencing current events and technology.
I think archer is set up at current time, as for Futurama it is inspired by current events to make it more relatable. Though the last season (on Hulu) feels like it was done by the writers out of laziness. Not sure if they got paid less, or expected it to flop, but feels like less effort was put than usual. Though I did love the last episode, I guess because it was written by David X. Cohen and he didn’t do the same.
