Stop for a minute and realize that you just argued that people need to defend against moose attacks. Just sit with that thought. The mental health field diagnoses disorders based on how connected/disconnected from reality a person is. Ask yourself how realistic the threat of moose attack is today, in 2023. Ask yourself how connected/disconnected from reality you may be. Have you been attacked by a moose? Personally know anyone attacked by a moose? Between 1-100 what do you feel the likelihood is of you being attacked by a moose today when you leave your house? Is your fear of moose affecting your ability to concentrate? Complete tasks? Causing you anxiety/depression? What motivation would the moose have in coming for you? Is the moose in the room right now?

They are in my yard regularly with their young. We have had them give birth in my backyard repeatedly and its not uncommon to have these huge animals wander into the city outskirts sometimes. Not everyone lives in a city that is devoid of large wildlife. There are plenty of people who live out on the edge of wilderness who also need to worry about bears that you totally skipped past (had a few wander through where I live a couple of times I’m aware of and I would say I’m closer to city outskirts then wilderness proper). There are also several communities in my state who rely on local hunting and fishing for food, something else you are ignoring. Realize there are other people living vastly different lives then what you know instead of making outlandish personal attacks like a child

Understood. Moose exist and you see moose. Me too! Im not arguing that moose are a real animal in the real world. To be clear, I am 100% a believer in moose! See, weve found common ground. Where we disagree is that moose pose enough of a threat that its necessary to carry a firearm and be looking over your shoulder whenever you mow your lawn. This looks to me like paranoia bordering on mental illness.

You are getting hung up on one valid example ignoring everything else, trying repeatedly to personally attack me and create a straw man, grow up
