I’ll try anything once. Although you may be right, fermented may be one form I’ll say “No, thanks” to.
As far as your stomach knows, all potatoes are mashed potatoes!
Raw?
I made the mistake of juicing raw potatoes once, figuring the other vegetable juices like beets and carrots would mask any of the potato flavor.
Won’t ever do that again.
