        No. It only has that meaning if you’re 14 and very edgy. No adult will use it like a teenager would.

          Sick has had this meaning since like… The 70s or 80s. Its not just edgy teens. In fact I suspect that this has probably fallen out of favor with gen alpha.

          So if anything, I think you probably have that exactly backwards

            It’s been around for a long time but you stop using it like that once you have a sliver of adulthood. The point being that no Biden did not use it as a double entendre.
